If you’re looking for flower coffee shops in NYC, this guide is for you. After my most recent trip to New York City, I discovered that these types of flower cafés exist and I am completely obsessed. There’s nothing quite like sipping on a latte, surrounded by an abundance of bright coloured flowers and greenery. The best combo – in my opinion!
Rosecrans in Greenwich Village is the first flower coffee shop in NYC that I went to and it’s what got me inspired to create this guide. It’s not a large coffee flower shop but that’s what I love about it. It’s quaint and feels like an intimate space perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
When you first walk in, the floral studio is to the right, with seating on the left hand side of the shop. Up the middle is a rack of plants for sale, and at the back are the baristas ready to take your order.
After we ordered and got our coffee we realized we forgot to tell them we wanted to sit in so they put our coffee in to-go cups but they do have real mugs available if you decide to stay in – which I prefer.
They have cute tables and chairs available and the first thing I noticed when I sat down was a little sign that read “This is a laptop free space!”. Even though I’m someone who works in coffee shops a lot, I loved that they don’t allow it. It immediately makes the space feel more intentional. There’s something about being in a space where you see people actually having a conversation, writing in a journal or reading a book that just seems so wholesome and needed these days.
When we were waiting for our coffees we overheard the baristas talking about how cool Canada is and how amazing the hiking is. As Canadians, we loved hearing their love for Canada.
Rosecrans is a great flower coffee shop in NYC that I definitely recommend checking out.

Remi Flower & Coffee Shop In NYC
Remi Flower Coffee Shop in New York City is quite honestly such a beautiful space. Not only are their floral arrangements absolutely gorgeous but they also have the most beautiful lattes. Their rose lattes are pink and their lavender lattes have gorgeous purple latte art. If truly feels like everything they touch turns into a pretty moment of calm floral beauty.
They’ll work with you for any floral needs that you have for events & weddings, or you can stop in and grab a hand-tied floral arrangement to go – just because.

Another great flower coffee shop in New York City is Ariston Flowers & Café. They have two locations in NYC so they definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to flowers and coffee. Not only do they serve coffee and other fancy hot drinks (like lavender lattes!), they have a full selection of sandwiches, baked good, and snacks.

I’m all about efficiency so when local shops allow you to shop for multiple things at once, I’m here for it. Homecoming does just that. They’ve combined a flower and coffee shop and also added in the opportunity to shop a selection of home goods. Their shop is full of products like coffee table books, pottery mugs, planters, bath mats, cutting boards, and more. Each item definitely has an artistic design vibe to it which we love. It’s the prefect local NYC shop to grab a coffee, new plant and a gift!

Plantshed: NYC Flower Coffee Shop
With seven locations across New York, Plantshed knows a thing or two about flower coffee shops. They’re an established family-owned business that is immersed in the floral industry. They offer floral services for weddings, events, installations, flower subscriptions and so much more. Head to one of their locations to grab a coffee and a flower bouquet – sound like the perfect afternoon to me!
They also host lots of workshops where you can make a holiday table centerpiece, learn how to care for your plants, attend an orchid workshop and more. Their workshop topics are always changing so make sure you check out which ones they’re currently offering here.

Cafe Atelier is another must-visit flower coffee shop in NYC. Similarly to some of the other shops we’ve featured in this guide, they have delicious and aesthetically pleasing lattes, baked goods, and snacks but they also offer workshops and are a full floral studio. Their workshops including themes like creating a centerpiece, vase arrangements, and candle making classes.
